At IvoryEgg you’ll be part of a team that's driving change while contributing to New Zealand’s energy, financial and environmental future by transforming New Zealand buildings into energy efficient, environmentally friendly, technologically rich environments where people love to work, live and play.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of business development and driving profitable and sustainable growth. Using your industry knowledge, you’ll find and develop new and existing relationships. You will be responsible for educating your contacts on the importance of the right building technologies, helping them deliver healthier, safer, energy and environmentally efficient projects for their clients while helping them have positive growth on their bottom line.

You will get to drive market differentiation through education, and develop knowledge with your contacts about how the use of the right building technologies can help them create buildings which are more comfortable, healthier, safer, energy and environmentally efficient while complying with best practice, the World Wide Standards for Building Controls, and the NZ Standards Boards Technical Specification for Building Controls.

Core responsibilities.

Business development and relationship management with new and existing dealers, electrical and mechanical engineers, architects, interior designers and builders
Deliver growth through new projects by continuous education and updates about products and solutions with new and existing contacts
Ongoing account management and development of existing dealers to grow their business
Secure recommendations with your contacts to use our products in their projects
Full New Zealand drivers licence is required
Ideally, you have a proven sales record where you’ve been part of increasing company profitability, and have strong relationship building and management skills. It would be an advantage if you come from the industry and have a strong knowledge of building technologies and solutions, and an existing network of good electrical, architect, engineer and construction contacts.


Depending on your experience and performance, you can expect to earn over $120k OTE. Included in your package is a company phone, computer, and access to a car for work purposes.
