I Have an old KNX System and a Component Has Failed, What Can I Do?

With KNX having been around for 26 years, eventually some products do fail and it may be the exact components are no longer available.

Thankfully, the way KNX works means you will be able to replace the part with a newer version even if it is from a different manufacturer. It will however need reprogramming so it is best to get in touch with the company that did the original installation.
