What is Your Returns Policy?

Returns Policy

  • When returning faulty goods please include a detailed fault description, without this we cannot accept the goods back. 
  • If goods are not faulty they must be returned as new and unopened, otherwise we may return the goods back to you. 
  • If returning goods after 30 days (maximum 6 months) we will apply a restocking charge of 25%. If they are over 6 months then we will not accept the goods back. 
  • Once the return is received back at Ivory Egg, it will be inspected and a credit note will be issued within 7 working days upon a satisfactory inspection.
